* Call-In room is normally open from 9am PT (Noon ET) until 5am PT (8am ET)
* Call in at any time to listen – as long as you like, there is no time limit.
* To ASK A QUESTION or Comment ON-AIR, touch STAR 5 (*5) to Raise your Hand in the room. The Host will recognize you when it’s your turn.
* When you first dial in, you will be asked to say your name. If calling to ask a question or comment on-air, please do this as it will help the host identify your call.

How to set up software phones…
For experienced sip phone users,
- dial to sip:bridge#
- If your phone requires a number, sip:#
- use codec g722 for Hi-Def audio, or g711 for standard audio
- if your phone requires a registrar, use with any ID and password (I.E. johndoe and 1234)
For New sip phone users,
* PhonerLite: Simple, just start it and paste this into “Destination Number” and click the green call button – sip:bridge#
* Ekiga: Simple, too. Just start it and paste this into the text box at the bottom and click the green call button – sip:bridge#
* X-Lite and Zoiper: A little more complicated.
- For Zoiper…
- Click the “Settings” icon on the right (looks like a wrench)
- Click “Add new SIP account
- Name the new account “Achieve”
- In “Domain” enter turbobridge.com
- In “Username” enter your first name or handle
- In “Password” enter anything
- In Caller ID name enter your first name or a handle
You are ready to call. paste this: sip:# into the “Phone to Dial” box and click the “Dial” icon
