systems. The company was founded in July 1983 by William and is currently
residing in central Arizona.

Gravity/Antigravity Propulsion Technology using Gyrostatic Precession - Part 2
Bill continues his discussion of gravity/antigravity propulsion technology. He will cover Gyrostatic Precession vs. High Voltage Lifter Technology vs. The Hutchison Effect. All these technologies produce a levitation effect.
Gyrostatic Precession Propulsion technology produces a REAL torsional force, which acts against gravity (i.e., antigravity). Simply arranging gyroscopes on a circular platform array, and spinning this platform causes a REAL force to manifest against the spinning gyroscope wheel. This causes the saucer vehicle, which has this propulsion system completely enclosed or encased, to lift.

Bill gave a demonstration of Gravity/Antigravity Propulsion Technology at this years X-Conference. This technology is based on what is called Gyrostatic Precession, and he will give you, the listening audience, an indepth discussion about this fascinating technology. Bill thinks this technology can be traced all the way back to the Nazi Bell Experiment conducted near the end of World War II. This led to the development of the Haunebu series Saucer Craft built in secret German bases in Brazil after the war.

Bill kicks off the show describing the work of scientist Nikola Tesla and his wireless transmission of electric power back in the late 19th century. Tesla's work is NOT clearly understood at all by mainstream science today. Inventor John Hutchison picked up on Tesla's work and demonstrated phenomenal results.
John is a self-taught scientist who reports to have accidentally stumbled onto a collection of phenomena known as the "Hutchison Effect" during attempts to study the longitudinal waves of Nikola Tesla back in 1979.
