Kriss was born in Long Beach, California. Spending a major part of her childhood in hospitals, clinics and doctor offices with a poor immune system, asthma and allergies; she was unable to learn social skills and became an isolated and independent child.
Without any friends or guests to her home , Kriss was unaware that she was being raised in an unusual house. Her home was haunted and had spurts of poltergeist and apparitional activity. Kriss was able to tap into their energies, locate their “zone” and identify their “emotional imprint”.

At 14, Kriss and her mother moved to Ohio where she spent 10 years completing her primary and collegiate education. During this time, her mother became ‘born again’ and took Kriss to a lot of ‘teen Christian’ functions. “It was during this period in my life that I really became aware that I didn’t have the same belief system that others did. Prior to moving, I had never really thought that there was any confusion or conflict about what happens when we die, how we should live etc. I was startled and needed to know if anyone else had similar beliefs and experience to mine.” Kriss tried to find others who were psychic or enlightened but had little success in the bible belt and a LOT of questions.

In her mid – 20’s, Kriss moved to Phoenix, Arizona and “found” a ‘guided meditation’ instructor. It is through this meditation class that Kriss found other beings with similar beliefs and was able to ask question with out fear of persecution.

Recently, it has become Kriss’ intent to centralize the community. “There are a lot of people who have been or are becoming enlightened but are not really aware of what is available to them within their community. It is the intent of www.myspiritualhealer.net to help those individuals find an easier route to enlightenment. Providing a listing of practitioners, teachers, intuitives and calendar of events really provides an opportunity for the enlightened to be as involved within the metaphysical and holistic community as they are comfortable with.”

It is the intent of the My Spiritual Healer radio show to share information about different types of Metaphysical and Holistic topics, including stories of the people within the community. “I really want to be able to provide laughter to the listeners, while sharing pertinent information that we can utilize to expand our awareness.”
