Casey Wohl is known as The Getaway Girl®. Casey and is passionate about two things: her girlfriends and traveling the world. By combining these two loves, she has created a unique and helpful city-specific travel guide series for women worldwide.

The Girls Getaway Guide to Orlando: Leave Your Baggage at Home® is the first in the series and was published in September 2007. The second book, Girls Getaway Guide to Key West: Leave Your Baggage at Home®, hit shelves in October 2008 and guides for additional cities are currently in production. These guides focus on where to stay, shop,eat and don’t forget, spa, as well as annual happenings and side trips for each city.

As an author and award-winning public relations practitioner, Casey has been featured on national, state and local television, radio, newspaper and magazines. Born and raised in Central Florida, she has traveled to 19 countries and has organized girls’ getaways to more than 20 different cities.

She has been featured on the nationally-syndicated radio and television programs Daytime, CBS Radio and The Daily Buzz, as well as Media Talk, Better TV, FirstWivesWord, and numerous blogs. She has also received print and online media coverage on nearly 80 national news sites and publications, including Woman’s Day, Parenting, NBC 4 Washington, NBC 11 San Francisco, KETV 7 Omaha, and the Orlando Sentinel.
